These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Orchra marketing website at orchra.io (the "Site"), operated by Orchra Technology (CR No. 012349504), Riyadh 13214, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Orchra", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting the early-access form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational marketing page for Orchra, an enterprise software product that is in pre-launch. The Site does not provide the Orchra product or any service, and nothing on it creates an obligation to provide the product to you.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business and professional use. You confirm that you have authority to submit the information you provide on behalf of yourself or your organization.
3. Early-access waitlist
Submitting the waitlist form registers your interest in Orchra early access. It is not a contract, an offer, or a guarantee of access, pricing, features, availability, or a launch date. We may contact you, place you in a queue, or decline to provide access, at our discretion. Any future use of the Orchra product will be governed by a separate agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site unlawfully or in breach of these Terms;
- Submit false information or another person's data without authority;
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- Use automated means to scrape, overload, or interfere with the Site;
- Bypass or interfere with our anti-spam or security measures;
- Post or transmit content that is discriminatory or unlawful under the Saudi Anti-Cyber-Crime Law or other applicable law, including content directed at a person on the basis of age, sex, colour, religion, race, origin, citizenship, disability, or social situation;
- Extract, scrape, enumerate, mine, or aggregate Site data through automated or other means beyond what is needed for normal browsing.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Orchra name, logo, text, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission, except as needed to view the Site normally.
6. Forward-looking statements
Statements about Orchra's planned capabilities, roadmap, performance, or availability are forward-looking and may change. They are provided for general information and are not commitments or warranties.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may use or link to third-party services (for example, font, analytics, or hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orchra Technology, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms or the Site at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
